For over 15 years Dean Hoke Builders LLC has been offering general contracting services throughout Central and Downeast Maine.

Dean Hoke Builders offers our clients the latest innovations in construction, such as Insulated Concrete Forms, or ICF.

ICF is a wall system that employs a pre-manufactured, interlocking, lightweight, polystyrene block product filled with reinforced concrete. We can create a long, thick wall that is straight and level that will stand for generations to come. ICF provides structural integrity, energy efficiency, sound reduction, and wind and fire resistance. It has a high level of insulation (approximately R 50), and is earthquake, termite, and mildew resistant.
